Philip L. Concors, M.Sc.Ed., BCBA is the Clinical Director of ABC Consultants, Supervisor of the BCBA internship program, and coordinator of the Glassboro, NJ and Dover, DE clinics. Philip is a doctoral candidate (Ph.D. ABD) in Lehigh University’s Pediatric School Psychology program, has earned a Masters of Science in Education (M.Sc.Ed.) in Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He began his work as a Special Education Teacher and has twenty years of experience providing clinical and educational support to special needs children, adolescents, and young adults. Mr. Concors specializes in students with significant Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, Asperger’s Syndrome, and children with pediatric disorders. Class-Wide Positive Behavior Support and academic assessment/intervention are areas of expertise and emphasis in his school-based consultation and research. He has presented at regional and national conferences and has other current research interests focusing on Behavioral Medicine, including the promotion of health behaviors, treatment adherence, and assessment of physiological influences on student behavior. He is a Master-Level Trainer in Crisis Prevention/Intervention. Philip is currently an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Rowan University.
Karen M. Zeltman, M.A., BCBA is the Program Director for ABC Consultants and supervisor of the Behavioral Parent Training program at the PBS Clinic for Students and Families at Rowan University. Prior to joining ABC Consultants, Karen worked as a Program Supervisor in the Bio-Behavioral Unit of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), as well as Senior Behavior Analyst at both Devereux NJCA and Devereux Consultants. She has conducted research and presented at national conferences on School-Wide Positive Behavior Support, including non-classroom and secondary prevention programs. Karen has additional expertise and specialization in home-consultation, parent-training, and school-family collaboration for behavioral supports as well as class-wide social skills instruction, and academic assessment. She is a Master-Level Crisis Prevention/Intervention Trainer. Karen has earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University. She is Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Kathleen Capitan-Anderson, M.S., CCC-SLP is an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and Delaware/New Jersey Certified Speech-Language Pathologist. Kati is a 2003 graduate of Loyola College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was first in her class for Speech-Language Pathology. She went on to receive her Master’s Degree in the Communication Sciences and Disorders department of James Madison University in Virginia. Kati has presented nationally on topics in speech pathology, including technology and telecommunications in speech pathology, feeding therapy, and social skills and language, and has published research on those topics. Kathleen is the Founding Director of Central Delaware Speech Language Pathology (CDLSP) Inc., located in Dover, Delaware.
Dr. Michelle Ennis Soreth, Ph.D., BCBA-D is an Assistant Professor of Psychology, Associate Director of The Center for Behavioral Research & Service at Rowan University, and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D). Dr. Soreth received her initial behavior analytic training at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida under Dr. Maria R. Ruiz, and earned her Ph.D. in Psychology with a Specialization in Behavior Analysis at Temple University under Dr. Philip N. Hineline. She joined the faculty at Rowan University in 2006, and her work has recently appeared in several notable scholarly journals including Human Development and Journal of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior. Michelle joined ABC Consultants in 2007, providing direct consultation for special needs students in public schools, as well as teacher/staff training for classroom management and individual behavioral assessment.
Sandra Kokolis, M.A., BCBA is the Senior Behavior Analyst for ABC Consultants. She earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University. Prior to joining ABC Consultants, she worked in a pediatric nuerostabilization unit with children and adolescents 7-21. Sandy has expertise in Early Intervention including behavior support and curriculum development.
Daniel Kilgallon, M.A., BCBA holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State, as well as New Jersey teacher certifications in elementary education and as a teacher of students with disabilities. Dan earned a Masters Degree in Special Education from Rowan University in 2010 following a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Slippery Rock University in 2001. He specializes in school-based consultation, teacher training, and has focused interests and expertise in Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention including Discrete-Trial Instruction and Applied Verbal Behavior.
Rebecca Lasoski, M.A., BCBA is a Behavior Analyst who received her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University. Rebecca has over 7 years experience working with both a children and adolescence along with adults diagnosed with Autism and developmental disabilities in the home setting and in residential placements. Her strengths are with the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior, transition planning, and data based medication management. She has presented research on a variety of topics including the assessment and treatment of ritualistic behavior at multiple national conferences. Rebecca is trained in Safe and Positive Approaches crisis prevention and intervention strategies.
Kelly Dulak, M.A., BCBA is a Behavior Analyst who received her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University in 2013. She has over 5 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disability/developmental disability, autism, and others with diverse challenges to skill acquisition and behavioral stability. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Temple University in 2010, Kelly began working at Bancroft's Lindens intensive neurobehavioral unit. As a Clinical Associate, and later as a Clinical Manager at the Lindens, Kelly was able to gain experience completing discrete trial instruction, implement preference assessments, goals, activities of daily living, and traditional functional analysis sessions. Kelly received her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014. In addition to her role with ABC Consultants, she also works at Bancroft's P&A Community Residential Program.
Maria Gassner, M.A., BCBA began teaching in 1984 after earning a Bachelors degree from Millersville University, Millersville, PA; she holds New Jersey teacher certifications in general education and early childhood education. In 2015, Maria earned a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University and her Board Certified Behavior Analysis certification. Her experience centers on children with emotional/ behavioral disorders and autism from 4 year olds to teenagers. For the past ten years, she has been teaching in a self -contained classroom of 5-8 year olds with multiple disabilities, primarily autism. Maria has a special interest in functional communication training (FCT) to reduce challenging behavior.
Rebecca Sheppard, M.A. graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University in December 2015 and is BCBA eligible, sitting for the upcoming board exam. For over six years, she worked in residential facilities with adults with autism, developmental and/ or psychological disabilities, and behavior disorders. She currently provides consultative services for school districts, as well as in-home consultation for parent training and other community supports. Rebecca is certified in Safe and Positive Approaches crisis prevention and intervention program, as well as the Safety-Care behavioral safety program.
